ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role involves overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, developing strategic hiring plans, and working closely with senior leaders to meet hiring needs. Your focus will be on sourcing and screening top candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. This position is key to driving our company’s talent acquisition strategy and supporting our growth in AdTech, Business, and Global Hiring.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling the complete recruitment life cycle i.e. From understanding the profile to sourcing and screening to coordination of interviews, post-offer process to final joining.
- Create and implement effective hiring plans that match our company’s goals. Coordinate closely with senior leaders to anticipate and plan for staffing needs, especially for leadership positions and key roles.
- Sourcing the required profiles through job portals, references, and headhunting.
- Screening applicants to assess technical competence, credentials, and attitude.
- Tracking all applicants and maintaining regular communication to keep them informed about their application status.
MUST HAVE’S:
- Should be LinkedIn savvy and must have 10000+ LinkedIn connections.
- Should have a passion for recruitment and achieving results.
- Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment with experience in AdTech, Business & Global Hiring.
- Must possess impeccable communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruiting tools.
- Educational Qualification – MBA in Human Resources.
