SR ACCOUNT MANAGER – PROGRAMMATIC

We are calling out Programmatic Ad Managers who would love to be part of this AI + Human Intelligence revolution that will change the face of Youtube Advertisement.
POSITION AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Hands-on experience working with online advertising platforms and analytics tools like DV360, Google Campaign Manager, YouTube, Meta, etc.
- Ensure DV360 and TrueView best practices with a focus on platform expertise, consistency, and quality of work delivery.
- Well-versed with Programmatic Strategy and life-cycle, selection, deployment, and usage of programmatic technology.
- Manage end-to-end digital media campaigns and seek new areas of opportunity: Build and plan digital media strategies, channel, and budget recommendations, set up campaigns delivering maximum business impact.
- Experience with online marketing metrics such as VTR, Viewability, Truview, ROI, clickthrough rate, cost-per-click, cost-per-action, conversion rate, average order size, etc.
- Provide benchmarks and tracking reports to clients, and Media Team on key performance indicators.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with internal teams, suppliers and clients.
ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To lead or be a part of the team to run Display campaigns and maintain KPIs, Hygiene, andP&L.
- Ensure DV360 and TrueView best practices with a focus on platform expertise, consistency,and quality of work delivery.
- Coordinate with Creative teams (internal and client-side) to get creatives as per the guidelines of requested panels.
- Responsible for identifying and managing campaign KPIs as agreed upon by sales & agency.
- Analyze campaign data, and make applicable optimizations to campaigns to meet the campaign goals.
- Maintain P&L for executed campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- The candidate should have minimum of 3-4 years relevant experience in DV360.
- 2-3 years of experience in adserving TM (tag management) vendors like DCM, GTM , Adobe etc
- Working experience in Agency, Trading Desks or Programmatic Tech Partners
