ABOUT THE JOB:
We are looking for an energetic and experienced individual to join our Mobile Performance – Sales team who must have strong agency contacts and should have the ability to handle crunch situations effectively. He / She will be responsible for developing new contacts, and expand existing relationships with Advertisers / Media agencies also have an ability to develop/suggest on the spot custom marketing proposals and ideas.
ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive strategy for Mobile Performance business expansion in South India market, focusing on client engagement, retention, and growth.
- Manage agency relationships and cultivate strong partnerships.
- Foster deeper connections and enhance business engagement with direct brands within the Vertical.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities for the South Region.
- Need to handle direct clients as well as demand from agencies from the South India region.
- Will be responsible for new client pitch, follow-ups, Campaign onboarding till billing and maintaining Revenue Growth.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Minimum 5+ years of Digital Sales experience, focused on large accounts: creating, maintaining, and enhancing Client & Agency relationships.
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales – Digital Advertising (Mobile Performance).
- Proficiency in Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer, Kochava) and attribution models (e.g., last-click, multi-touch attribution).
- Strong understanding of the mobile ecosystem, including mobile platforms, app stores, and mobile analytics tools.
- Familiarity with mobile advertising formats, such as interstitial ads, native ads, rewarded videos, etc.
- Educational Qualification MBA in Marketing / Advertisement.
